Meet the DJ's

Listed below are our KTEC DJ's. Without the volunteer help of all these great people, KTEC wouldn't be what it is today. If you'd like to become a DJ yourself, check out our quick and easy online DJ application on our homepage, or contact our program director.

Alt. Region - Mark Young
Community DJ

We enjoy playing not only the latest in alternative music, but some of the older, indie music as well. We believe much of the great alternative music being released today has much of its roots steeped in bands from previous eras like the Ramones, Pixies, Velvet Underground, as well as classic rock. It is a pleasure to play it all. We strive to go deeper into records than what is played by more mainstream stations, and welcome your requests.
